Our Andean Ecuador Retreat takes place in Imbabura, where the mountains are high and the clouds are as white as cotton.

You’ll spend 8 days in the Holistic Center of Josefina Lema Polanco, a ‘Mama Kuna’ (Healer) who has been performing the art and science of plants as a healing method during her whole life (Herbalism).

You’ll have Yoga classes guided by Certified Yoga Teachers who speak your language, daily talks about ‘The Art of Manifestation’ and delicious vegan meals. All included!

You’ll have 3-4 Yagé (Ayahuasca) Ceremonies, you get to choose if you prefer 3 or 4. Ñawi, our Shaman, will perform these Ceremonies and the Yaku Team will always be there to assist you and help you in whatever you need.

You’ll also get to experience energetic cleanses performed by Josefina Lema, who makes these rituals using various medicinal sacred plants, singings and offers. You’ll be able to see how she performs her healing rituals and you’ll also learn a lot from her wisdom.

You’ll also visit the ‘Tinkunakuy Kichwa University’, where we’ll have a Workshop and the ‘Nettle Therapy’ performed by Tupac Amaru. This therapy relieves headaches, combates stress, old age, blood pressure and has many more benefits.

You’ll be able to experience, learn and heal and you’ll always have time and space to talk about your feelings, thoughts and also have space for yourself whenever you need it.

In case you don’t speak spanish, don’t worry, the Yaku Team guides will translate and explain everything for you.

Where?

This Retreat will take place at Imbabura, Ecuador, the Andean Zone. Here, you’ll find music everywhere, beautiful artcrafts, culture and beautiful landscapes.

You don’t have to worry about getting there. We’ll pick you up at the airport!
